My name is Ali Honarmand, a Realtor and senior Real Estate Specialist from Century 21 Leading Edge. I was recently awarded the Centurion Producer 2017 & 2016 for ranking amongst the top 5% agents across Canada. In addition to my Real Estate profession, I have a degree in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Business Administration.
I first discovered my passion for Real Estate when I acknowledged the talent I have for the career. I found myself being precisely successful in doing various different construction projects and Real Estate sales back in my hometown. Upon my arrival to Toronto, I was fascinated by the rapid development and construction of new houses and the condominium sites. Fascination is an understatement whilst describing the growth of infrastructures within Toronto and the GTA. Toronto’s Real Estate is one of the safest places for investments. With incoming immigrants entering the country, the Canadian economy pursues to climb the ladder of success. This naturally compliments the Real Estate occupation, causing investors to trust and invest their money in this emerging market.
As a consequence of being in this business for years (2011), I am confident enough to call myself a competent and seasoned realtor. I make it my priority to make my clients’ wishes come true and advocate on their behalf. It is my firm belief that being a successful Realtor needs two vital components: knowledge and authenticity. Hence, in every transaction I offer my best in knowledge and expertise, and also provide genuine care and concern. Needless to say, I set my clients up for success and take pride in my career. I always make sure to remember that every transaction represents satisfied and proud property owners.
Lastly, I think it is important to note that a house is usually the single largest investment that most people make in their lives. Achieving your dream can be made easier by using the right agent. I am here to make sure that I not only provide my clients with the most fitting house, but also allow them to create a home out of it.
I do look forward to the opportunity of working with you.
